1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the RANG DE - BIGGEST HOLI COLOR FESTIVAL 2025 ("Event"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase a ticket or attend the Event.
2. Ticket Purchase and Entry
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance for entry to the Event.
- The Event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without a valid ticket.
3. Event Schedule and Changes
- The Event schedule is subject to change without notice. The organizer reserves the right to modify the Event format, performers, and other details at any time.
- In the event of cancellation, the organizer will provide information on how to obtain a refund or transfer tickets to another event.
4. Conduct and Safety
- Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the Event.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event who engages in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior, without a refund.
- Participants in color throwing should be aware of potential allergens and the use of colors at the Event. The organizer is not liable for any reactions or injuries that may occur.
5. Photography and Video Recording
- By attending the Event, you consent to the recording of your image and voice. The organizer may use such recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the photographer or videographer on-site.
6. Waiver of Liability
- Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. The organizer, its affiliates, and sponsors are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Event.
- By attending the Event, you waive any claims against the organizer related to your participation.
7. Force Majeure
- The organizer is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government action.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of TX. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of TX.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Event’s website, and your continued attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
