By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending any TopShot Events event, you agree to the terms outlined below.

By attending the event, you grant TopShot Events a royalty-free right to use your image or likeness in these materials.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of personal plans
   
• Travel delays
   
• Late arrival
   
• Early departure
   
• Dissatisfaction with the event
   
• Weather conditions
   

Many TopShot Events experiences are outdoor festivals or large-scale gatherings.

If an event must be postponed due to weather, safety concerns, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, the event may be:

• Rescheduled to a new date
   
• Moved to an alternate venue
   
• Adjusted in schedule
   

In such cases:

All previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events.

If an event is completely canceled and cannot be rescheduled, TopShot Events may, at its discretion:

• Offer event credit
   
• Provide ticket transfer options
   
• Issue partial refunds depending on contractual obligations
   

By attending any TopShot Events event, attendees acknowledge and accept the following:

• Participation in festivals, concerts, nightlife events, and color festivals involves inherent risks.
   
• Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance including:

  • Loud music
     
  • Colored powder exposure
     
  • Dancing environments
     
  • Outdoor conditions
     
  • Weather changes
     

TopShot Events, its partners, venues, staff, and sponsors shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury
   
• Allergic reactions
   
• Property damage
   
• Lost or stolen items
   
• Accidents occurring during the event
   

For events involving Holi colors or powder:

• Colors may stain clothing and surfaces.
   
• Attendees should wear appropriate clothing.
   
• Individuals with allergies, respiratory sensitivities, or medical conditions should exercise caution.
   

Participation in color activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

TopShot Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for:

• Disorderly behavior
   
• Illegal activity
   
• Harassment or unsafe conduct
   
• Violation of venue rules
   

Removal from the event does not qualify for a refund.

Certain events may have age restrictions such as:

• 21+ events (Valid ID required)
   
• Family-friendly festivals
   

Attendees must comply with age requirements.

TopShot Events reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on official event platforms.
